¿Qué es la fatiga visual?
Su nombre técnico es astenopía, pero seguramente lo conozcas como fatiga ocular, cansancio ocular o síndrome visual informático.
«El síndrome visual informático es un tipo de fatiga visual que comenzó a diagnosticarse cuando los ordenadores personales se volvieron un objeto común en nuestros hogares.»
¿Cuáles son sus síntomas?
  • Sequedad ocular
  • Dificultad para enfocar
  • Ojos rojos e irritados
  • Dolor de cabeza
  • Lentitud al enfocar
  • Ojos llorosos
  • Visión borrosa o doble
  • Mayor sensibilidad a la luz
  • Dolor en cuello, hombros o espalda
  • Cansancio

Descansa, relájate, hazte una revisión de la vista, corrige la vista con el uso de lentillas, mantén una distancia adecuada de tu ordenador, parpadea muy a menudo.
